New modern building with a beautiful marble lobby, library, and rooftop pool is located in a quiet green neighborhood in the northern part of Moscow. The apartment of 120m2 consists of a master bedroom with a private bathroom and a dressing room, a bedroom for a 17 year old young man, and a spacious living room, dining room and kitchen combined into a single open space. It also features a bright and sunny covered terrace, located just off the living room that is planned to become a home office.
The main task was to create a bright, airy, neutral interior, using natural shades. For the son of the owners, it was necessary to create a room suitable for a young adult, incorporating a large shelving unit and a sofa bed.
