A small 65 sq. m. apartment is located in a beautiful building on Savvinskaya embankment built in 1957. The view of the Moscow River is breathtaking.
“I want to wake up in the morning and look at the water and imagine that I am at a private yacht,” – that was the main request of the customer.
To achieve this, we focused on natural finishings and color tones. We used arches at the entrance to the living room and in the hallway – they soften the space and give it a feminine touch. This technique makes the space more architectural and interesting, especially when combined with a monochrome color scheme. In the bedroom, we used an arch to frame the bed. Here, it has both an aesthetic as well as a functional purpose as it separates the bed from the entrance and creates extra storage space.
