The total buildup of this private house is 600 sq. meters. It is located in Club 2071 gated community, where houses were developed by architect Sergei Skuratov. The house has four bedrooms, two study rooms, two living rooms, a dining room, a kitchen and a large utility block for staff.
Our clients did not want to spend time on redevelopment and lengthy renovation, thus our main task was to fully furnish and decorate the house. We repainted walls so that the house could “breathe” and be filled with air, and removed a few columns that did not fit in with the stylistic choice. For furniture, we chose natural colors – blue, green, and a natural walnut.
The project was completed in a very short time – only 4 months. The house was delivered fully equipped, including all accessories and even bed linens.
