In this project our bureau was responsible for the design of all public spaces – the lobby, reception area, recreational areas and common areas on each floor. The apartment building consists of three eight-story towers connected by a spacious lobby with lovely recreational areas. When you enter the building, you find yourself in a spacious bright lobby. The main visual accents here are brass, glass and bronze. The concept of the “Golden Age” is conveyed through color, art and finishing materials. Gold is a symbol of luxury and success. The residents of this house are definitely successful and lucky, and their house broadcasts the same vibe.
