The office of the architectural bureau is located in Dubai, on Palm Jumeira island. The two-story townhouse with a total area of 160 sq. m. is functionally divided into a working and client space.
We chose wabi-sabi as the stylistic direction of this project. To create the rough natural look and feel we wrapped the walls in ivory concrete plaster. It also softened the corners and added fluidity to the space.
The kitchen is designed and built without upper storage. For all finishing we used natural oak. All furniture is made in the same neutral natural tones.
