A two story building was constructed in 1991. The internal architecture as well as the original internal design were built in Soviet post-modernists style. Today this building is a co-working space.
The spacious lobby longe on the first floor is designed in undertones of burgundy, green and natural oak color. We used post modernists and brutalists art and architecture to get inspired while designing this space. While our client did not want the space to fully reflect the period design, we still integrated several concepts, such as the plaster bas-relief wall that reminds us of the Soviet architecture.
A cafe is located in the middle of the lounge and is open to all tenants. The first floor has a large conference hall and two meeting rooms as well as a few private offices. Most of the other offices are located on the 2nd floor.
The project is currently under construction.
