The house, with total build-up of about 700 sq. m., is located in one of the most prestigious communities in Dubai – District One. The house has 5 bedrooms for the client’s family, a separate maids room, and a driver’s room.
The ground floor consists of living and dining rooms – bright and spacious, perfect for all big family gatherings. There is also a large playroom with a separate garden access for kids, a guest bedroom/study, a kitchen, a laundry room, technical storage rooms – separate pantries and staff bedrooms. The high ceilings make the space feel very light and airy. The second floor has 4 more bedrooms (the master, daughter’s, two sons, a guest room) and an art studio: our client is an artist.
Our client loves color: fuchsia, aquamarine, rich greens, blues, pinks. This is a rather rare occurrence when a client is not afraid of color and loves to experiment.
