The house is located in Meadows 4 – a prestigious gated community.
The customer’s family consists of four people – husband, wife, and two small children. There is also a live in maid and nanny. One of the main tasks was to plan the space so that all family members have enough functional areas for social and private time.
The house has 4 bedrooms, open space living and dining area, separate kitchen, playroom and a maids room. The chosen stylistic direction is wabi sabi. The family loves the atmosphere of Tulum and Ibiza, where they often spend their summers and winters. Therefore, we focused on Japandi – a combination of Japanese calmness and Scandinavian minimalism with straight lines and light surfaces.
